Mezdoc is insurance document automation software for US managing general agents (MGAs), wholesale brokers, and program administrators. Build each document once, fill it from a link, an embed, or the API, and Mezdoc assembles the packet by the rules your team sets, captures a signature where the template asks for one, and records each submission with the template version it used.

Typical documents: ACORD applications (125, 126, 140), ACORD 25 certificates of insurance, ACORD 75 binders, quote letters, and policy packets with the schedule of forms. A template maps a PDF's fields once; when a carrier revises the form, the PDF is swapped and the mapping carries over, with no developer needed for the change.
