MailSenpai is an Italian email marketing platform for newsletters, contact lists, marketing automation and campaign reporting. It offers paid plans and a 30-day demonstration. The Basic plan starts at EUR 13.49 per month on an annual plan, excluding VAT, as listed on the public pricing page; check that page for the current billing conditions and allowances.

SMTP Senpai is the associated sending service for websites, applications and transactional notifications. It supports authenticated SMTP with STARTTLS on ports 587 and 2525, plus a separate HTTPS API. A verified sending domain is required. Its permanent free plan includes 5,000 emails per month, up to 200 per day and 30 in the preceding hour, for one verified domain with seven days of logs. This SMTP free plan is distinct from the MailSenpai platform demonstration.

Published plugins, packages and examples include WordPress, Drupal and n8n. The integrations hub identifies the available setup routes and their status; SMTP configuration and a platform-approved native connector are different things. The HighLevel connection listed here is via Other SMTP on port 587, validated with one internal test notification; it is not a native HighLevel marketplace app or an infrastructure partnership.

MailSenpai also provides free SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX diagnostics, a keyless DNS-check API and an OAuth/PKCE MCP endpoint for compatible AI clients. DNS checks report the published records; they do not prove inbox delivery.
